"There’s a free transport in the morning fr the hotel to the domestic terminal so that’s great. The public bath was very clean and there are 4 laundry and drying machines that are convenient. Only reason why I gave less stars is cos the beddings were not very clean. Otherwise all good and will stay again if I have an early flight. "

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Easy to locate as it is just out of the train station in the left. Left luggage services was self-serviced with staff on standby to help. Great location if you’re intending to use Kagoshima as a base for day trips. There’s a discount ticket for parking too. Rooms are clean, and the staff speaks decent English language. "It lacks good wall insulation. Unfortunately there was a loud customer for a few days next door and I had a few sleepless nights. However upon request the staff is quick to ask the customer to stay quiet. Cleaning crew wasn’t thorough with changing towels or cups and vacuuming floor, particularly around the new year holiday. In general it was a nice stay at a great location. I was wonderfully surprised with the VIP upgrade and vouchers."
